My pup had her first claim two days ago. It took my bill from $800 to less than $300. He had to stay the night at the hospital and lots of meds, tests and IVs. The direct billing was almost instant and made my decision to hospitalize her easy. Thank you so much trupanion!

Easy and fast claim process
My little Lexi needed a procedure done on Thursday. I submitted the claim that afternoon. I received an email Sunday morning that it was approved. No hassle, great customer service pet insurance
Right before Christmas our dog, Mika, suffered an unknown injury resulting in complete paralysis of her hind legs. With the craziness of the pandemic and the holidays, my husband and I were in shock to discover our loving girl required emergency surgery on 4 vertebrae. With a $7000.00 bill facing us we were reassured that Healthy Paws had our back. The reimbursement process was painless and the customer service department answered all of my questions. I am glad to say that Mika is recovering, is walking again, and is as happy as ever. Thank you Healthy Paws for understanding that our pets mean the world to us!

I have had this insurance for years…
I have had this insurance for years with very few problems. As a widow on a pension, my funds are limited but I will do whatever it takes to take care of my dogs and they are getting old. I am still waiting for reimbursement for one of my dogs that passed away in December but had to have lab work done. My animals are my life and I need to get reimbursed. Also, I am still waiting for reimbursement from late November and numerous dates in December.
