Slow to be reimbursed
I'm pleased with the outcome, but it took 11 weeks to be reimbursed for my claim. With thousands of dollars hanging in the balance, that would have accrued interest and negatively affect my credit if I couldn't pay it back in a timely manner. Even so, I am pleased with the overall service of Trupanion and I can take my cats to the vet as needed without overextending my finances for appropriate care..
