I am not only happy with the service I am thankful to the staff that have answered my calls and helped be a shoulder to lean on when times have been tough. I honestly think if you have a pet this service is the only way to go. I will never own a pet without insurance again. Thank you for everything you do for your clients!

A stressful situation made easier
The process was very easy especially as the Emergency vet was able to direct bill, which helped a lot during a very stressful time! Even when I had to submit additional expenses from the event it was very easy to navigate through with the reimbursement being direct deposited within a couple days.
