A stressful situation made easier
The process was very easy especially as the Emergency vet was able to direct bill, which helped a lot during a very stressful time! Even when I had to submit additional expenses from the event it was very easy to navigate through with the reimbursement being direct deposited within a couple days.

Expected More
As I understood it the insurance would pay a portion of the vet bill and then I would pay the rest. After 2 years of paying an expensive monthly payment I still am not covered for anything. Just one thing and that has to go thru a high deductable. And if I change to a lower my monthly payment goes up. I am not saving money at all. I thought more was covered and then I would be able to meet my deductable sooner and not keep paying out of pocket. Its all expensive.
