Skimpy coverage for cryptorchidism
We found out our puppy had genetic condition affecting testicle descent. He had a neuter surgery, and it was more expensive b/c of extra abdominal incisions. Trupanion only counted $80 towards our deductible, even though the vet bill said $200+ was due to the genetic condition. I like how easy it was to submit claim and how fast you processed it, but feels like the coverage is less than I expected.

An amazing company!!!!
Trupanion is a company that has supported our pet and family exactly as they claimed they would. The ease of submitting a claim and the speed to which a claim is reimbursed is phenomenal. Their customer service is number one and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Trupanion to anyone that has a pet or is thinking about getting one. We will never own another pet with out trupanion. In fact, my son has said that he plans to have trupanion one day when he has his own bulldog!

Having the extra security of loving care
I llike how I have the security of knowing that I'm able to care the best care of my baby Xanadu. She has had many issues and Trupanion is always here for her. I'm a Dog Trainer and very involved in the dog world. I'm always telling students to get pet insurance for you just never know what might happen. I was the first client to have pet insurance at my vet and she has falling in love with Trupaion and now has fliers in her clinic.
