I have had nothing but problems with this company. Prices go up every year. It has gone up 4x the amount and I have a healthy 4 year old dog. Finally decided to cancel and I feel SO relieved. This is after finding an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Fetch claims this was a seperate tax charge. Never in my life has any company charged seperately for taxes so I beleive this is a lie. My main issues are lack of responsiveness and slow communication. I've spent hours waiting for responses from agents that don't seem to know what's going on.

We’ve been very fortunate as to not having submitted claims, except for well visits. This year Brodie developed an ear infection, with follow up visits, and I’m very pleased with the speed of the refund, Submit the claim, processed in little time. We’re very pleased

I was very surprised with how fast Lemonade helped us with our claim regarding our dogs surgical procedure, they were very helpful and it was so easy.

i sure wish my medical insurance was as good as Healthy Paws, paid within one week of claim, probably been quicker if i had auto deposit instead of a check. Outstanding-----GOOD JOB GUYS!!

Great communication, easy to submit claims & timely processing of claims! This company provides peace of mind at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company!

Pro: 1. A human answers the phone. You do not have to wade through numerous phone prompts. And not a call center from overseas. 2. They’re efficient and process the claims in a timely manner. 3. They check in every so often to tell you the status of your claims and are kind when you call about it. 4. They are straightforward in what the cover. 5. From social media, they appear to treat their employees well. Con: 1. My deductible rose dramatically. I think we started at a couple hundred and are now at a $1,000 (already met). Worth it when you own a cavalier. And likely standard in the insurance industry? I don’t know. I highly recommend Trupanion.

I was pretty skeptical about getting my dog insured for accidents and illness, fearing that most things would not be covered and the process for submitting claims would be a hassle. I just submitted my first few claims and am amazed at how quickly i submitted my claims and how quickly I received reimbursements. I highly recommend!

So far the process has been so easy. Customer service is always willing to help. Communication is great, the app is user friendly. Cant say enough about how fantastic this company and their staff are and im so glad i got pet insurance.
