My small dogn to medicine…
My small dog had a reacion to medicine prescribed by her vet from an emergency visit. I felt bad having to submit another claim so soon but Fetch was great and processed the claim promptly. I am so pleased with my choice of Fetch when I got my puppy almost 3 years ago. They have so many included benefits to help take care of our pets.

My cat had a couple back to back medical issues that required multiple visits and prescriptions for him to get back to feeling like himself. MetLife eased the stress with an easy claim process, quick review and reimbursement for the claim. I would highly recommended MetLife for your pet insurance

Outstanding Support and Customer Service
Every part of joining Trupanion has been impressive. I had compared so many pet insurances before signing on and Trupanion offed excellent and instant customer service and support. My pet had to have surgery and Trupanion was there for me every step. I am SO glad We joined the Trupanion family!!!!

MetLife is worth the cost of insurance because they actually cover many things and our other pet insurance we had for the past 6 years, didn’t.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and the company has made it nearly impossible to do so. I have screenshots showing that: • There is no cancellation option anywhere on their website. • Their chat service provides no cancellation path or instructions. • Their Help Center returns no results when searching “cancel.” The only cancellation method they provide is calling in, but when you call, you’re placed on hold for hours. This means there is no actual way to cancel, which feels intentionally obstructive. At this point, I’m going to dispute the charges through my credit card and report the transaction as unauthorized since they’re not allowing me to cancel through any reasonable means. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them. My dog contracted leptospirosis, a condition explicitly covered under the policy at the time, and they still spent six months fighting the claim before finally reimbursing me. When an insurance company refuses to honor coverage you paid for — and then makes canceling nearly impossible — that’s unacceptable.

The rep I spoke to was very understanding and said to submit my claim for my lost pet again and she’ll see if they will honor it. Anytime I had questions they were there to help me . It’s great knowing the company is truly animal friendly !
