Easy to make claims - with some caveats
Easy to make claims. It would be useful to make it easier for vets to work with Trupanion directly for authorization and payment. Neither of my two vets are directly connected at this time. Also, can you please educate your claim adjusters to please read ALL the uploaded attachments before taking action? I've had multiple instances now where they read the first attachment and ignore the rest. It would save both Trupanion and clients time.

Very easy pet insurance to use. Annual deductible much more understand than per illness deductible previous insurance had. They also have had very fast claims turnaround and good, accessible customer service.
