Horrible, we just pay money to them
We waited for three months for them to process our claim of $500, and at the end the claim was denied because they couldn't reach the vet office. This amount was not even applied to deductible. I feel like we paying them money for nothing

Consistent and easy to understand; let me do the right thing for my cat.
Trupanion has been consistent and easy to use. Which is a great benefit when facing a pet medical emergency and avoiding a financial pain after the emergency. I wish my human medical insurance was as reliable. When my cat was bitten by our dog and had her jaw broken in two places I didn't have to take a bad option of a cheap solution that would have left her miserable for months and didn't offer a good chance of an outcome that would let her be a normal happy cat again just because it was more affordable. I could do the right thing for my cat because of Trupanion.

Really great pet insurance provider
My family has been very happy with Healthy Paws pet insurance! We started doing research before getting our dog and the website was very easy to navigate and get a quote. After we decided on Healthy Paws, the set up process was straight forward. We got our new pup 4 months ago (a rescue) and have already had to submit 3 claims. I was afraid this would cause issues, but the claims process is also very easy and we have had no hassles. They provide clear and detailed claim documentation and we were able to complete everything online or via email. We received reimbursement for 2 out of the 3 claims within days (the 3rd took about 3 weeks). Thankfully and most importantly, our pup is feeling all better now! We'll continue to keep him covered by Healthy Paws.

Healthy Paws: the only reason our dog is still alive and receiving care
Healthy Paws already saved our dog's life once, by covering her sudden surgery for liver cancer during the pandemic. Now, she is in the ER with severe pancreatitis, from which she may not recover. We would have had to let her go already, except that Healthy Paws agreed to direct-pay for the remainder of her care. This insurance may seem pricey, but when you need it, it is worth every cent. I am very glad that we did not stop paying for our pets' insurance during the pandemic.

This is well worth it
This is well worth it. I love my dog & he's very active. I don't want to be caught with a large veterinary bill if he has an injury or sickness. I signed Kell up at 4 yrs old & it's very reasonable.

Worth every penny
Buying pet insurance with Healthy Paws was the best decision we've made since we decided to adopt our dog Luna. The policy information is crystal clear and all of our claims have been reimbursed within a few days of filing. No issues whatsoever. Like most insurance, you don't know how badly you need it until an emergency happens. When that emergency happens (if you have a rescue dog - it will happen), you will want to literally step into a time machine and shake your past self's hand for purchasing a Healthy Paws policy. It takes the financial stress out of the equation so you can focus on what's important - talking with the vet about the best treatment options for your pet. We had one true emergency this year and saved over $3,000 thanks to the broad coverage of our plan. We'll be a customer for years to come.
