Very easy and convenient
I’m very pleased and impressed with the ease of filing claims thus far. My only recommendation would be to inform customers of the direct pay from the onset. It was a little frustrating to find that my first claim was sent via mail (especially when I’m not home in NYC due to COVID)

Great Claims Experience
I have Whole Pet with Wellness coverage. It isn’t cheap but it sure helped me out with two recent vet bills totaling near $1000. Since I had already met my deductible, I hoped for the full 90% reimbursement and I was not disappointed. Not only were the claims paid in full at the 90% level, they were paid and the money in my account within 5 business days (I signed up for free electronic payment of claims). It was an end to end easy and quick experience and I was very happy and impressed!

Nationwide made it so easy
My dog was not feeling well after I returned to work and it was time for her annual checkup. I made the appointment and filed the claim. The claim form was short and easy to follow. I had my check in about a week. That was so fast and easy! Thanks!
