You should allow insureds to specify the claim amount. I’ve had issues with adjusters misunderstanding the amount claimed in complex claims.

The amount of the refund was exactly how I expected it to be, given our contractual deductible and co-pay, so I couldn't ask for anything better. The process was straightforward: just upload your receipts and receive a refund after a while. No exclusions, no surprises. I wish all insurances were the same.
