Absolutely FLAWLESS!
The claims experience with Trupanion is fantastic. My cat's vet submits their costs directly to Trupanion, and it is, for me, seamless. The claim has already been dealt with before I even know about it! Having Trupanion for my cat has been such a wonderful thing for me. Lily's health issues have required close attention, care and treatment, and I never could have done it without having Trupanion there for us.
