Best Insurance for Pets
My claims are handled efficiently and I especially like that the money goes directly into the bank like a direct deposit. Also I can call customer service and talk with someone. Recently I called about my premium going up. There was some incorrect information on my dog in the files. I explained the vet that gave them the information no longer was in business and I had no way to reach him to correct the information. The representative spoke with her supervisor and they approved the changes. It has been a great company to work with.

Trupanion simply works!
I have told many people about our Trupanion experience and posted on my private FB page. We had a surgery consult on a Sunday and the vet office sent in the paperwork. Trupanion responded within 1/2 hour re coverage. As I tell people, we had surgery coverage confirmation faster than most humans get with their coverage. Yeah for Trupanion.

Quick to respond to claims
I find Trupanion extremely fast in responding to a claim. I am disappointed the the whole vet visit is not qualifying as my deductible and only the medication qualifies. After all; I never would have taken Samson/ Mush Mush to the vet had he not been vomiting.
