Caring Staff
They have always been helpful, considerate and explain everything to where we can understand, gives advise for us to be able to make mindful decisions in the care of our pets. Puts us and our pets first & always follow up with an email. Even though they are expensive they are worth your pet having people that don't just treat you as a number but treat you and your pets with the out most importance.

Practical and great customer service
I called to address a claim that was determined to be a duplicate. I knew this call may take awhile. However, as soon as i explained my reasons to Joey, he quickly assesed the issue, confirmed with the claim people what he believes is what happened and came back to me and just said it was thier fault and he will fix it and have the claim approved and reimbursed. My call took less than 5 minutes - now thats customer service. I did not have to stay on a long hold or defend my reasons...Thank you Joey!

You guys rock
You guys rock. My dog was seriously injured and needed emergency spine surgery and an extended hospital stay. The trauma of having to deal with such extensive injuries was offset by knowing you guys had my back and I only had to worry about my pups recovery and not the (rather huge) bill.
