I love NW Pet!

Our mastiffs are usually very healthy... but big dogs can have big vet bills! I love the peace of mind our policy gives us. With the great coverage we can focus on Bantu getting better and not the cost. Thank you!

Pets Best is THE Best pet insurance!

Pets Best impressed us yrs ago when we purchased it and continues to do so today. Their policies are easy to understand so u can choose what's best for ur pet, their phone customer support team is excellent, they have choices of coverage levels letting you choose ur out of pocket co pay, low annual deductibles, can submit all paperwork via computer, will work with your vet if they have questions, and you can opt in or out on wellness each policy anniversary date. My favorite part of their coverage is they will cover specialty clinics that many insurers won't. In this day in she, research has advanced the scient of animal care so far, that coverage for ur primary vet alone won't provide all the care u want ur animal family member to have any more than if human insurers wouldn't let us see specialists. Go Pets Best!!

Pre-Existing Conditions - READ BEFORE INSURING

If you recently insured a puppy, I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from visiting the vet during the 30 day waiting period unless life threatening. If you have to take dog to vet be careful what you tell your vet. As new dog parents, during our waiting period we took our puppy to the vet for any reason. Now that came to bite us, Trupanion will deny claims as pre-existing. For example, we took our dog in because he had debris/dirt in his ear; Trupanion considers this as a symptom of allergies. Trupanion will DENY any claim in allergies. Their definition of pre-existing condition is unfair and worded to their benefit.

Best insurance ever

Nationwide Pet Insurance is so easy. The claims get processed very quickly, and I never have trouble getting someone on the phone (friendly and helpful each time too). I wish Nationwide Pet handled my health and car insurance too!

Really great service, so grateful for Nationwide

I am very happy with this service. The ease of claim submission and reimbursement is incredible. Our dog has been able to receive the care she needs because of Nationwide, and I can't think of anything I've been unhappy about.

Scam scam scam I cancelled my policy in 2015, notified I was still being charged in 2019 and it’s 2020. I’m still paying

I had insurance for my adopted adult dog through PCPetInsurance. I cancelled it in 2015, yet in 2019 I was still getting charged. I notified and sent proof of the cancellation in 2019 and I am still being charged. The dog died in 2019. I am paying insurance for a dead dog that had no claims.
