The woman was wonderful and stayed with me on the phone until I completed the registration of my new puppy. She was charming and so very helpful. It as a wonderful experience. Thank You.

A win for everyone...our pet, us and our vet.
Signing up for Trupanion was easy and I appreciated the ability to choose a deductible that worked for our budget. I also like the fact that our vet is paid directly rather than having to cover large expenses up front and then submit a claim. Our vet likes the plan too. A win for everyone.

First Time Submission
This was the first time I submitted a claim. Other claims have been initiated by my vet. My experience was wonderful. Submission was easy once I contacted my vet and requested my invoice be emailed to me. I usually get paper receipts. Not that I know I'll just have them emailed. The response time was very fast and the explanation was clear and understandable. Thanks You.

Great customer service.
Great customer service. Never a bad experience. I have not been able to use the service as my dog has been healthy of course. Get insurance and nothing ever happens :) thank goodness

Don’t waste your money
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I got this insurance for my horse (yes, horse not a dog), and it's easily one of the biggest scams I've ever seen. My horse got a suspensory ligament strain as a result of an injury and they're refusing to cover a penny of my horse's diagnostic tests and any treatment. I've spoken with multiple reps who assured me that this injury and treatment would be covered; however, I was arbitrarily told it now won't be as they're considering this injury an "illness." I will promptly be telling every horse-owning soul I come into contact with to avoid this insurance like the plague.

I don’t appreciate this as I’ve spoken with multiple reps to great lengths about issues with this company and when I asked to speak to a higher up, I was told the person I was speaking to was the highest up person I could talk to. ASPCA Per Insurance does not care about their customers not their pets.

Excellent service and one suggestion...
I always get great service from PetsBest. The only thing I wish is that they had an "uncapped" option for insurance. My Tiffany is undergoing chemo and we reached our cap so we now have to pay out of pocket for all ongoing chemo until August. I would love to stay with Pets Best for my future dogs but I may need to move to another plan with an uncapped option.

Terrible Company that will avoid paying at all costs
Be careful, they will reject and review every claim and search back for years to see anything in the previous medical notes to reject your claim. I hate this company and would highly recommend NOT to buy this policy. Call me anytime to discuss 9545017755
