An Easement of Worries
We have had our Trupanion insurance since we adopted our Clara, but we had never placed a claim before. She had never really had any medical issues to speak of, so I was unsure how easily the claims process would go when we finally entered them into their handy website. The process ended up moving very smoothly, as I only had to take pictures of my receipts after entering a brief description of Clara’s issue. I received a notification within a couple days letting us know that our claims (multiple visits) had been approved. The noticed mentioned that it could take a little bit to receive the checks via mail, so I was expecting multiple weeks before we received our money. In the end, it took about 4-5 business days to receive it. I went from someone who was wary of entering the claims because of the possible annoyance to someone who is willing spend time at home to write this review.

Laika has incurred costs due to an auto immune disease. Trupanion has been very easy to work with. Had one issue where some of the invoices mailed didn't get to them. A few emails later, problem solved!

Great Coverage for Unlucky Dogs
I have the illness + accident plan for my two 4 year-old greyhounds. One of them is a not-so-bright dog who has accidentally swallowed a couple things she shouldn’t have. The other has an as of now a yet to be determined neurological issue. Both of these girls have required multiple vet visits for various reasons. Pets Best has always paid out what they promised, and their explanation of benefits are always clear. The typical time from claim to payment is about three weeks. The direct deposit makes the reimbursement process easy.

And yet again a fair and easy claim…
And yet again a fair and easy claim this is only my second claim and hope the last because I like my pets healthy and problem free but they cover and payout what they say their going to cover and payout this Insurance is a must have and a reassurance if anything was to happen and well worth every penny.
