A newcomer to Trupanion
I want what's best for my dog and my budget and you came highly recommended. I don't want to have to worry about unexpected bills due to anything that may arise. The person I spoke with on the phone explained thoroughly enough for me to understand and it seemed the right fit.

It was very quick and easy to enroll. However, I did not understand that I couldn’t enroll my new pet until I actually had paid for him. I used the chat feature and spoke with Tim who kindly canceled my enrolment and I will reapply once I actually pay and pick up my kitten. Luckily I asked this question based on feedback from some social media posts about the 30 day waiting period.

This was my first time inquiring about a problem with my account regarding my first claim. Both my Vet's office and I were having problems submitting a claim. The person at Trupanion that I spoke to was very thorough and helpful. Eventually everything got sorted out.

Trupanion makes filing a claim easy.
Easily done, quickly notified of claim being received, the claim was directly forwarded through my veterinary hospital so I had no paper work to fill out, everything was done at the clinic and on site. Overall it was seamless to send in the claim.
