Not covered enough

I recently submitted a claim, and I submitted as told that the claim is old, when obviously is a new claim. It is clear that who process the claim is not doing a great job. I feel that for what I pay monthly am not cover enough. I have now to send everything again and make sure to call. Which I am not happy.

My premium just went up a lot.

My premium just went up a lot. Also, apparently, the price to insure a spayed female is the same as for an unspayed female, which makes no sense to me.

My experience with Trupanion Claims dept

Filing a claim with Trupanion is a very simple and straight forward process. The support staff is easy to get a hold of and very competent and helpful. It is obvious they are pet lovers themselves.
