Because all my claims processing has completely stopped for almost 5 months. I have called three times jie and gotten “we will look into it” and nothing is done. What is going on?? I am a huge proponent of pet insurance and refer my clients regularly. Now I am rethinking referring trupanion exclusively.

The process to submit the claim was easy, the feedback as to submission and acceptance was timely, however, after being a customer for over two years having the claim not paid or partially paid was disappointing.
