A Grateful Boy and His Puppy!
We got insurance for our puppy Groot on recommendation from our vet. We sure are glad we took her advise while he was healthy. 5 months later he ate a sock and had to have surgery. As a result of the surgery he went into Post-Op Azotemia and we have had 2 other hospital stays since purchasing the insurance to try to flush his kidneys and repair the damage done. It has been stressful enough not knowing if our son's puppy will live. If we had to add the financial part on top of it, we couldn't have done it. So thank you!

The customer service I received from Lucas was superb.
The customer service I received from Lucas was superb. I wasn't sure what deductible I wanted to change my 3 year old dog to as she hasn't had any health issues thus far. He worked with me to reduce our premium to a level of deductible we were comfortable with. He did't make us feel pressured to go with higher premium.

Peace of mind
We have always been extremely pleased with how quickly Trupanion reimburses after a claim. Our Golden was diagnosed last year with a heart condition. It is not life threatening right now but he does have to have two scans every year. Thankfully with Trupanion we don't have to worry about this expense.
