Healthy Paws” speedy claim processing Used a tremendous burden after our dog’s venomous snake bite.
We were so grateful for Healthy Paws’ quick and streamlined claim submittal process and speedy reimbursement after our dog was bitten by a venomous snake and required hospitalization and anti-venom therapy. Their representatives were caring and helped to make a terrifying situation much less traumatic for us.

My dog is my family if she gets sick I am taking her to doctor no matter the cost. I am going to pay to take care of her, might as well get back some of the money to take care of her, see that’s a good investment well care also is preventative medicine too ❤️

I recently had to take in my 3 year old corgi because he had been vomiting in the mornings. He had recently spit up a piece of stick and I was worried that he had a blockage. The vet did all kinds of tests to rule out blockage as well as figure out what else could be causing the vomiting. He had overgrowth of a certain type of naturally occurring bacteria in his gut--stool samples showed. So he was put on round of antibiotics and on a prescription diet. My boy is doing much better and I'm so relieved to have Nationwide Pet Insurance because they covered most of the cost of tests and treatment that added up to a lot! It also was taken care of quickly. I recommend Nationwide to all of the pet parents I know. The peace of mind is worth it!

Reliable and good customer service
After my terrible experience with another insurance company I was unsure if I should take an insurance for my pet again. Based on the review, I contracted an insurance with Pet + Us after my dog turned 10 years. It was a good decision since a 1.5 year later he ended up needing an expensive emergency surgery. The refund process was smooth and I had a very good customer experience with the reps I have spoken to. Will definitely recommend.

Denied claim
First of all, I tried to do this review and it won’t let you upload a review unless you only say good stuff about the insurance. Well they denied an accident claim that caused my dog’s death. They did not even notify us. It’s fraudulent when they say covered over the phone and then deny the claim.

Questionable claim denial
My policy was in force and it clearly says that after 3 days any accidents are covered. Pogba fell accidentally and fractured a rib that caused internal bleeding that caused his death and the insurance denied my claim. I don’t understand why. No one even contacted us to tell us that the claim was denied. This is just like people’s insurance who will deny all claims unless you fight for it. I already lost my Pogba who is like my child so this is like an insult to injury to tell us that the claim is denied. I even recommended this insurance to my coworkers. Big mistake
