Our policy for a rescue mixed breed is a very reasonable price (we have a high deductible) for catastrophic or chronic issues, which was what we sought to cover. When our puppy was diagnosed with a significant joint issue Trupanion covered the costs at 90% as promised once the deductible was met. This was a huge relief. On the telephone, your customer service agent, Christopher, was positive and professional in helping me correct an error I made enrolling our second dog that resulted in a slightly lower monthly cost. I wish my human health insurer was as fast and responsive as Trupanion!
