Customer service terrific. Exceptions for pre existing conditions for rescue dogs are absurd and penalize owners who adopt and love pets who were mistreated. So many ways Trupanion avoids having to pay any costs while taking monthly payments from customers.

Excellent customer service, very friendly, fast service, good communication by phone or email. I suffered through two of my cats having cancer and dying not even a year apart and I got very sympathetic compassionate service and when I reported my cat had passed and sent euthanasia invoice as documentation of her date of passing, they automatically filed a claim for me because i did not initially and approved it immediately. Also gave me credit for the months I paid when she had already passed. Really impressed by the service. I have recommended trupanion already to three of my friends.
