Although they have covered non pre-existing situs, when I changed my address my payment doubled!!!! Literally doubled. I asked how to reduce and the only way is to increase my deductible. Not sure insurance is actually a savings. Seems to me, if we just put away whatever the “monthly payment” would be, it’d be a wash. But saying that, in the moment when I needed the help, they did cover the non pre existing conditions

I know that she was a very costly dog for your company, but please know how much you helped to give her a full life until her sudden and unexpected passing.
