To keep from rambling, I'll just say that in the midst of my first real health crisis with my kitty (who's been with me almost 1.5 decades of my life), to NOT have to worry about how on earth I would pay for her bills was the greatest gift you gave me. And to say that to an *insurance company* feels slightly surreal. You were expedient in both your handling/processing of the claim, and in your payment, which meant I didn't have to carry the debt long. I'm so very glad I've stuck with you over the years even when I didn't need you. Because when I did, you were ACTUALLY THERE. Thank you for that.
