I have previously used a different pet insurance and they were very hard to deal with reimbursements would take at least a month to receive and the rates were very high.
I have previously used a different pet insurance and they were very hard to deal with, reimbursements would take at least a month to receive and the rates were very high. Customer service thru Trupanion has been great and the plans are much more flexible and reasonable.

We had the vet submit as usual and everything was denied. We knew the dog food and the vaccines and whatnot wouldn't be covered however the prescription FortiFlora has always been covered.
