Increase in premium as they like
Unsure how this company keeps getting positive reviews. They increase your premium every year. If your dog is healthy, they will still increase your premium. There should be a reward for getting in early, not increase as you get older. How can I stop my dog from getting older? unbelievable. yr 1: 40 - that's how they draw you in yr 2: 47 yr 3: 58 0 claims. Will be deciding whether or not I continue with them. I haven't experienced what they will do if I made a claim.

Complete Scam
I filed 2 claims with them and both were rejected. Spent 10+ hours on the phone with their customer service and the vet trying to fix the error they made. Finally gave up after a month. Second claim was for a simple blood test and it was declined because they didn't find the vet notes sufficient enough. The form was detailed and filled out completely. They try anything to decline the claim. This is a complete scam.

Trupanion is TRUly the best
Trupanion has provided me with the comfort of knowing that I won't be facing skyrocketing bills for illnesses for my pets. Besides covering ongoing medicine for my epileptic dog, same dog had ingested something that caused a blockage requiring a visit to our vet and then a specialist for surgery. It was over $5,000 total. My out of pocket was $500. They review and pay claims very quickly. AND, they always send love and hugs to my pets whenever I do have to reach out to them.

Trupanion is a pretty bad
Trupanion is a pretty bad. They won't cover most of your expenses and those that they would, will be covered by pretty big monthly payments. You better off just saving that money and paying yourself. Very disappointed.

Great experience!
Trupanion has been great covering pneumonia our French bulldog has and has not been able to get rid of. They have been very easy to work with and very fast with coverage reimbursement, which is so helpful with large vet bills. Thank you Trupanion!
