The policy is difficult to understand
The policy is difficult to understand. Thought medications such as heartworm would be covered but it is not as the coverage falls under prevention or some such thing. In short, not simple and clear what is and isn't covered

Amount of monthly cost
Pets Best Insurance is a pretty good company. They reimburse what they say they will and are finally reimbursing in a short time. I do have a couple complaints. I wish they could reimburse the claim before the bill is paid in full due to the fact that sometimes the bill is quite large and takes some time to pay it. Also, the monthly amount I pay for the insurance has gone up $20 a month in the past 2 years without warning. I think that is quite excessive and I did not change insurance companies because of pre-existing not covered so you are stuck with the same company. As stated previously, they do reimburse on time and what they say they will.

Peace of mind for my pets
I’ve had Pets Best for years, and I’m so thankful I chose them. It’s honestly been one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Every time I call, the team is helpful, patient, and answers all my questions. Claims are processed quickly and smoothly, which makes such a difference when you’re focused on your pet’s health. I recommend Pets Best to everyone I know. I even have a young pup at home who’s been insured since he was a puppy, and I’ll continue to insure all my pets with them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Outstanding service! We’re so thankful for Healthy Paws! It’s such a relief knowing our four-legged baby is truly cared for. We went through multiple emergency visits and many days of hospital stays in a short time, and they covered everything without any hassle. Their support during such a stressful time meant so much to us. The app is also easy to use... submitting invoices and getting reimbursed was effortless.
