Outstanding
I have been with Trupanion since my dog was a weeks-old puppy. He recently had emergency surgery followed by intensive care and a stay in the hospital for nearly a week. I submitted a substantial claim, and was notified within two days that the claim was approved. I received a deposit in my account almost immediately. This is why I have pet insurance, and Trupanion has been there from the start. This can be a pretty sketchy business. Trupanion is definitely an exception.

My dog Raven has had a difficult medical history. Most recently, she has developed cancer for which she is getting radiation treatment. Trupanion has been super about pre-authorizing payment for the treatment l, which has lessened our stress. More importantly, our claims report always include a little message of love for Raven, which I appreciate!

This company is outstanding in every way. We lost our dog in February, and Embrace has helped me so much since that day. Bruh if they are saying this is the best insurance turn back around. They won’t help pay for nothing! Couldn’t believe how much they lied! And then the patronize you after they take your money It’s like you can hear them saying: hahaaaaa SUCKER! Edited: how are y’all still taking money look at when y’all got canceled. Bruh stop it! Y’all are a really bad company. How you gonna supposedly send me a refund then charge me a new full price the following month. These are really bad ppl. You can’t reply to them under my comment so I edited my original comment to warn ppl.

Trupanion has saved my dogs life!
Trupanion has saved my dogs life!! I am grateful. She has multiple chronic issues and Trupanion continues to insure my dog. I have weekly vet bills and I do know what I would do without their services. My dog would probably not be alive today. Yes, there are times that the process may take a long time for approval, but I have overlooked those inconveniences as I still have my dog with me. And an added bonus, my vet office is extremely helpful and understanding.
