Great Insurance
This is my first fur baby and I knew I had to get insurance. I went with Bivvy at first but realized they didn’t cover wellness so I immediately cancelled them and went with Pets Best when I read the reviews on them. Took my baby his first vet appointment and submitted my first claim and received 90% of my payment back and I thought that was good stuff! So happy I chose Pets Best insurance !

Puppy food poisoning, ended up in the hospital, Healthy Paws did great!
My curious, chew and eat all 6 months old Labradoodle had a serious food poisoning event, she was in bad shape, constant vomiting, dehydrated, etc. we had to take her to urgent animal care, x-rays, ultrasound, lab work to check liver levels, etc. and she had to stay over night at the hospital for monitoring and to keep her hydrated and with medication through an IV. The bill was over $2,000 and Healthy Paws was great! We just uploaded the bill through the app and within days the claim was processed and approved without hurdles or back and forts. I also had a follow up email on how my dogs was going. We've been with Health Paws for a few years with 2 dogs (both Labradoodles) and we could not be happier with their service.

They are expensive but also they take FOREVER to pay out claims. Over a month on multiple charges. My dog is dealing with cancer and the treatments are very expensive so out of pocket and waiting 4 weeks for a claim is ridiculous. I would cancel if I could but never again will I use them.

trupanion has been wonderful for the time have been with them. The pay my claims in a timely manner. The customer support staff is wonderful. The cost has gone up, but so does all insurance over time. What other insurance pays 90 percent of claims?
