I haven't used the insurance yet but...
I haven't used the insurance yet. I'm sure it's good. But I had some difficulty getting a response to a question. I didn't get a response by email and it was arduous getting information via a phone conversation. I was put on hold over 12 minutes after being transferred to someone. It's all worked out now. I hope for the best.

It was a blessing not to have to make decisions based on cost. Easy to claim and fast to pay.
I sent in a review almost a year ago, when my dog was diagnosed with a nasal tumor. I was and still am very very happy with the company and the coverage.. There have been a lot of costs and radiation therapy, and Evie is doing very very well. I am very grateful to Healthy Paws. And, as I wrote above, the claim procedures are fast and easy .
