With my dog died a few months ago, everyone was very caring and sympathetic as I filed his last claims and remembered him when I adopted my two new puppies.Everything was again explained and I felt personally connected to the representative.

The agent was great.
The agent was great. She even understood and was patient that our intelligence was being lowered because of our situation. And I was thrilled that I could get the same thorough service on a Sunday afternoon as if it was the middle of a weekday. We needed very important information about the coverage of a very serious condition so that we could figure out what to do. It would have been very distressing--both for our feelings and for our cat's quality of life-- to have to wait until Monday. Instead, we got the info we needed instantaneously--on a Sunday afternoon!
