Cayenne had a bladder infection and pre-diabetic condition due to steroids she was on for a skin problem. After several lab tests and change of meds, she is feeling better and blood sugar level is normal. Hopefully this will remain the case as she is no longer taking the Medrol and is on a lower carb diet. Insurance really helped defray the cost of all of this.

My 4 mth old puppy French Bulldog broke little leg a month ago. I had a huge vet bill after X-rays and surgery. Healthy paws asked no questions and fulfilled my claim immediately. Also followed up to see how baby Louis was doing. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Took Casper to the Vet on Saturday morning as he had swallowed a penny. I did not know they were toxic to dogs, fortunately he threw it up. He was very ill. The Vet did blood work, xrays and examined him. The total bill was almost $500.00. They claim was faxed to Trupanion and the next day (Sunday) the claim was processed to be paid. And all I had to pay out of pocket was approximately $100.00. I have used Trupanion twice with Casper as he was a puppy. I am very pleased with the service I receive and I am also very pleased that my Vet recommended Trupanion. I will recommend Trupanion to everyone. Hats off to Trupanion. They are awesome.

Great plan, incredible customer service. I had another company's policy with my previous dog, and it's night and day. Healthy Paws looks for ways to accommodate you, as opposed to looking for ways to deny coverage. And I literally have a check in my hand within a week of the veterinarian visit. I recommend this company to all my pet-owning friends without hesitation. Now, if they'd only offer HUMAN insurance... ;-)

I found out about Embrace when I took my puppy to the vet. I asked about pet insurance and they gave me the brochure for Embrace. It is a great company. The reimbursement is very timely and customer service couldn't be better. I highly recommend Embrace to anyone who is considering pet insurance.

Love having this insurance super easy forms and they stay in contact with you throughout the claim. Hope I never have to use the accident form but if I do I feel comfortable knowing Embrace will take care of everything and keep me in the loop. Pet First is refusing to pay a claim that is covered by my policy. They state that they revised the policy in January 2012 and sent it to me via email. I never received such a revision of my policy.

Best thing I ever did was buy insurance from Pets Best. I only wish I had known about it sooner--it would have helped me so much.
