Figo is amazing
Figo is amazing, my two furry feline girls are seniors , and beginning last year, it has been difficult for both, vet bills are very high and One of my girls has a "team" of vets Figo has been very supportive and the majority of the bills have been well covered . I always tell friends and clients(i am pet sitter) that pet insurance is extremely important i always recommend Figo

Far too expensive for far too little coverage.
I'm canceling my policy. I started a Figo pet insurance policy in May of 2023 and got a discount using my Costco membership. Very disappointed with the very poor coverage made even worse by the expensive and ever increasing monthly premiums. We have submitted a grand total of 6 claims in 3 years. The claims were for visits costing us $1,443. We got a total of $302 reimbursed which is about 21% of the $1,443. In one year the premium went up 21%, and the next year it went up a very reasonable 3%, but this year it's going up over 10%. A total increase of over 37% in 3 years is far too much for far too little coverage. I gave it 2 stars instead of one for the ease of submitting claims electronically.

Such a reputable company!
I have had dogs & cats all my life and never had insurance before. I felt very comfortable going thru Costco to get Figo cause of their reputation. Figo has treated me and my pets amazing prompt and any questions immediately respond and payment in my account fast. Thank you!
