PetsBest has been in our family for about 6 years now. It's the type of thing that of course you wish you never HAVE to use, but in the cases when the coverage is needed, you are given peace of mind. I think that the website experience is streamlined and clear and I think that the communication once a claim is submitted is impressive. I appreciate the coverage and reimbursement levels that my plan has afforded me and I am grateful to know that some of the costs associated with my pet's treatment have been reimbursed to me to help offset some of the expense. Healthy Paws has been good for my puppy!
I have had a great experience with Heathly Paws and I have only had it for about 6 months! My little puppy Luna started having repeat UTIs and a few other symptoms. I wanted to get to the bottom of this to get this poor girl some relief. Thank Goodness I made sure to get her insurance that covered her within 2 weeks. I have been able to get her ther diagnostic tests and medicines covered at her regular vets office and even some tests that were run at the spcialists office that I probably would not have done otherwise. She is now feeling better and hopefully she won't need any more expensive care but I was sure glad to know that it was there when needed. It is like car insurance...you hope to never need it but when you do, you are very relieved and grateful!
