As a new customer of this insurance program I found the person I spoke with to be kind and prompt with getting my questions answered on how to submit a claim. She sent me the form I needed to complete which helped expedite the process. She even said she hoped our young dog, who had been quite ill, was recovering well. I felt cared about and the experience of that call was very positive.

Amazing Customer Service, Claims Paid Correctly
I cannot say enough how grateful I was to have insurance with Embrace. In the final month or two of my puppy’s life, she racked up about $3000 in various vet bills. Embrace paid every single claim just as I expected them to according to the policy terms I had. After paying the last one, the claim adjuster who handled most of the claims expressed her condolences in the EOB and closed my policy so I wouldn’t be billed anymore. I wrote her an email thanking her, she emailed me back, and I even received a handwritten card in the mail from her and Embrace. I never wanted to need Embrace but I’m sure glad they were there. If you’re comparing pet insurance providers, you won’t regret going with Embrace.

The only reason I gave four stars was the length of time it took to resolve the claim. Every other claim I have made has been resolved in a timely fashion.

Healthy Paws Saved My Dogs Life!
Just recently, my 3 year old otherwise healthy Frenchton suffered a severe bladder infection. After multiple vet visits and two ER visits, we still couldn't figure out the root cause, so we couldn't properly treat him, and he ended up having to be Hospitalized. The overnight hospital bill alone was close to $6,000 in addition to the $2,500-$3,000 for the multiple vet and er visits prior. Healthy Paws covered 90% of the total, and the claim process took seconds. All I had to do was upload the invoice to my account, and the reimbursement check arrived in the mail in less than 10 days!! If it weren't for Healthy Paws, my dog would not have been able to get the medical attention he so desperately needed. Healthy Paws allowed me to give my dog my undivided attention by not having the burden of medical expenses I could not otherwise afford. Healthy Paws is affordable, reliable, life-saving and genuinely cares about the well-being of your pet. They even reached out to me directly to see how my dog was feeling and let me know they were here to help me. I wish all insurance companies operated like healthy paws.

Still Charging me after processing the euthanasia claim and cancellation of my plan.
Terrible, when I wanted to cancel my plan, the agent used manipulation, “I would hate to see you cancel and then not have the money to help your pet.” When I called to confirm the total coverage for my dogs hospital stay and blood transfusions that resulted in my dish death, the agent told me, “to have a wonderful day.” When I explained that in times like these some sensitivity is required, my beloved dog was in hospital dying and I didn’t have the $10,000 to save his life.” She hung up on me. My dog was euthanized, they processed the claim on April 30th, cancelled my insurance as a result and still billed me in May. The manager keeps calling me to talk about my issues, leaves her name but no extension to reach her. I have called several times but not knowing her extension makes the calls futile. This is a poorly run company, take your business elsewhere.
