I have been waiting for over two weeks…
I have been waiting for over two weeks to be contacted by Coryn’s supervisor as Coryn a manager hung up on me two weeks ago. I was assured that someone would be contacting me and nothing. Today I sat on hold for 7 minutes to find out again no one was willing to speak to me. They are more than willing to take payment not so willing to give you there time to answer questions.

Extremely impressed with the quality of this insurance!
I have been totally happy with this company... Shye has been insured with them for a decade and just recently Shye has had some major medical issues requiring expensive surgery. Healthy Paws has been amazing... they review and reimburse efficiently, and even email to check in on Shye following her procedures. I highly recommend this insurance.

My dog is diabetic
My dog is diabetic, they help with all the month to month charges which that brings. He developed calcium crystals, which resulted in him needing surgery for a blocked urethra. Knowing I had Trupanion to help out, was so helpful mentally during the process. I could just focus on him and his recovery, and not worry about how I was going to pay for it. Very thankful

HealthyPaws is the best insurance hands-down!
My dog has severe hip dysplasia, Healthy Pows has covered so much of her treatment which began as alternative care including laser therapy and anti-inflammatory meditation. She finally needed hip replacement, and Healthy Paws took care of all the claims processing directly with the veterinary hospital. I was able to focus on my pet's surgery and recovery. Best pet insurance on the market!
