All the people I've dealt with are knowlegeable friendly and genuine.

All the people I've dealt with are knowlegeable, friendly and genuine. Moreover, I erroneously let Bug-Z's policy lapse and it was a breeze to re-instate it, without incurring penalties and other costs. Thus far Truepanion, and its employees, have proven to be an excellent team that truly love dogs. I recommend them to all dog owners.
