I chose a 7 because your customer service are kind, patient and helpful. I gave a 7 and not a 10 because I do not agree on some of the denied claims based on exam fees. I brought my pet to doctor for to examine what is wrong because my dog was injured. This should be a part of meeting deductible.

First time we had to use our insurance beyond our deductible. Everything went very smoothly! Received payment within a couple of days of our dog's hospitalization. Took the stress out of the situation which had a happy ending!
