when looking over recent payment email…
when looking over recent payment email i noticed you used the wrong totals in charges incurred. i called and agent said check will be issued for incorrect totals and another check for corrected totals. i understand people make mistakes BUT if i didn't examine email would never have picked up on this. also, you use the discounted total instead of original charge. that is a courtesy to me as a long time Vet customer. I feel you should not use that!

Met life has made it easy
Met life has made it easy. Turn in receipts with notes and they pay their portion. Vets these days have outrageous prices. We got a new puppy who made us get insurance before receiving the pup. Thank goodness. The expenses add up quickly. I need to add my 6 year old doggie!
