Healthy Paws has done exactly what they say they will do.

When we signed our Gabby up for insurance we wondered if we even needed it. 0ver 3 years went by and then Gabby got sick, she has Liver disease, Pancreas not working and a Heart murmur. She has lost around 7 pounds. We took her to K-State Vetinary Hospital . I paid and then sent our bills to Happy Paws and they are very quick to respond and you will get a check in the mail. I really feel like we picked the best insurance for our dogs.

Health Paws has done exactly what they say they will do.

Health Paws has done exactly what they say they will do. Our dog Gabby got very sick and we paid our bills and send them to Healthy Paws and they are quick to respond sending you a check. They also are kind enough to check on Gabby. . If you are looking for insurance I recommend Healthy Paws.

It has taken over a month to hear…

It has taken over a month to hear anything from them. Still have not been reimbursed for paying up front at the vets. They were quick to take my payment out when I bought the plan for my dog but yet still haven't seen what good this insurance is. At this this time I'm not sure if we will renew the insurance plan.

Figo has great customer service.

Figo had great deal but changed underwriters - and now price has doubled, and co-pays are higher. I can't change insurors as our dog has pre-existing condition. Customer service has always been very good.
