Great insurance at an affordable price
I purchased MetLife pet insurance in case my cat required a costly procedure. So far, I have used it twice. In both occasions, it has covered more than I thought it would.
Pets Best Has Been Great
I've been with Pets Best since 2021. I have a soon to be 9-year-old rescued Coonhound mix. The vet detected a heart murmur at a visit and recommended additional testing for heart disease. Pets Best covered the claim per my policy. The claims process was easy. It does take a couple of weeks to receive reimbursement, but the amount came into my bank account as promised. Rates have increased as she has aged, which is to be expected, but not astronomically as I have read about with some companies. Her policy pays out at 90%, $500 deductible, and is less than $75/month. I now have a 10-month-old Golden Retriever, and I signed him up for coverage when he was 10 weeks old. I don't pay extra for routine care/vaccinations/spay or neuter, but I do pay for prescribed meds, exam fees, and physical therapy. I pay about $25/month for his coverage. So far, so good with Pets Best. I feel like I made the right choice.

Cat uti
My cat had a uti and had to go to the ER so things were already stressful, so when I filled my claim it was was possessed fast so I had less to work about
