This is a straightforward, basic policy that gives good peace of mind- my cat had an asthma attack and I needed to bring him to the animal ER. Knowing I may get some reimbursement is quite comforting, even with a basic plan. Being able to afford to treat my cat eased a stressful time. Plus, the online user interface is really easy to use.

My cat was recently hospitalized for Pancreatitis, a common but sometimes life threatening condition. I was able to hospitalize her with no questions as to whether I could afford it or not. All I had to worry about was getting her the medical treatment she needed! Healthy Paws is always quick with their reimbursement checks, sometimes a little longer with large checks but who cares. Animals still have medical issues just like us and we should never have to choose between your pet's health and your wallet. So GET INSURANCE!! Get Healthy paws because they have wonderful coverage!!

I have a healthy mutt, so I got the lowest plan when she turned 5 just after a very expensive UTI. Then.. she torn a knee ligament. It was very pricey but of course her enjoyment of life was 1000% more important to me. At first I was expecting this insurance not to cover the max allowed - and I'd have to fight it, much like I have done with my own insurance. They DID pay the max allowed, THANKFULLY. So it really helped with the bills. They have been really great when you call them and communicative. Very nice people over the phone. Easy online center too.

The biggest sigh of relief was when Shiloh was diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease and his ultra sound, x-rays, and all diagnostics were 100% covered.

I just sent Pet's Best a claim for on of my cats for $544 and they paid $510. It took less than a week for them to reimburse the visit and deposit the money into my Bank Account. What a great help and customer service. I am so grateful to my Vet Friend who insisted I get pet insurance to help with our numerous pets. The reimbursements each year cover more than the premiums.

Our 4 year old Lab has had a terrible 1st three years. She recently had a tumor removed that was tested as extremely cancerous. Not only has my Embrace policy covered the majority of the expense, they are now going to cover about 3 months of Chemo. They are very fast to respond & extremely nice to deal with on the phone.

Not only is the staff incredibly kind, patient and helpful, but they always respond quickly, and if there is something you need, they are quick to assist. I think this is absolutely worth the price, as our insurance has covered us from a rough first year that our Puppy Rooney had. I highly recommend!

We have had our puppy for only one year, but every claim we have submitted (and there have been several) has been reviewed promptly and partially covered. Representatives are helpful and coverage seems good. Would choose ASPCA Pet Insurance again if we get another pet.
