Trupanion was our life saver. Literally.
My dog Maeve is in the middle of a major health battle, and it's been terrifying and exhausting, and its ongoing. Trupanion has been outstanding and supportive. Our claims have been processed and paid quickly, and it's been a huge relief to have been able to focus on her treatment and care without having to stress about being able to cover the treatments that will save her. The customer care agent I spoke to when I first called was kind and supportive, and patiently listened to my sobbing on the phone. She said, "You're covered. This is exactly why you have insurance."
