Because I am still waiting on reimbursement for my claim and it’s been 2 weeks or more for 2 invoices and I have another invoice to send but I’m still waiting on the previous ones.

So far so good. The phone customer service person was really great. Hopefully this is a good choice if I need to use it for my Benny.

My cat had a urinary blockage, thankfully HealthyPaws was here for us
A month ago my cat was straining to urinate. One day he wasn't able to pee at all. After taking him to the ER, they told us that he had a blockage, and that they had to perform surgery, a Perineal Urethrostomy Surgery. The cost was pretty high, but thankfully HealthyPaws covered most of the cost! Highly recommend! The only thing is that HealthyPaws does not put the money upfront. You need to put it from pocket, and then they would eventually refund you.
