Amazing customer service
The lady that helped me pick the right plan for my boy Lincoln was extremely helpful! I have yet to use any of Trupanions services (knock on wood) but by all the other reviews, I’m sure we will be looked after just like as if Lincoln was their own pet.

I had a dog that was very healthy and all of a sudden, six months or so after, I started my policy, he was diagnosed with a devastating disease. Embrace truly processed my multiple claims without issue and no, I was not asked to give a good review. This is real and true.

A pyramid scheme
A pyramid scheme! They will never approve a big claim. My dog needed surgery in March 2021 and i was unable to reach anyone at their company regarding my claim from March 2021 until May 2021. They intentionally will not answer your emails or texts. They finally contacted me after i sent them a certified letter stating that i will be contacting the Wisconsin Department of Justice. A big pyramid scheme as they will never pay off a big claim. There are positive reviews here but they say “invited” which is basically fake reviews by the company. Dont fall for it. They simply replied on this post “that we pay a lit of big claims.” They didn’t even explain why it took almost two months to even talk to someone there. If your per is sick do you really want a company that you cannot get in touch with for almost two months???
