Where to start. From the minute we knew we were getting a new puppy we knew we needed pet insurance we did our homework and with the endorsement from our breeder and dog walker it was Trupanion all the way. Our questions answered both before our policy started and after. The customer service team are amazing. Thank you to all of you we know that our new puppy is covered at a rate that we were able to create for us. Thank you for providing us with a piece of mind our puppy is covered.

Great policies and customer service
Spot has great plan options to choose from. Their online platform is very user friendly, and customer service has also been extremely helpful. I just had a large claim that they processed and reimbursed within 10 days in line with my expectations based on my policy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the submission of medical records has been a bit difficult, and dealing with that aspect is not easy when your pet has a serious illness.

Great Experience
The process was so simple: I uploaded a copy of the paid invoice and the completed a short description of the services received. Within a day or two I received an email saying that the services were approved and the next week I received a check. Easy peasy and this takes away so much of the sticker shock that can come with veterinary care.

I like the fact that they have an open…
I like the fact that they have an open mind and they are fair.In the 5 years we have Met Life Pet insurance, we had 2 claims that at first were not paid at 80% but we thought that theyshould ‘ve been. We appealed them both, the company reviewed them and both claims were ruled in our favor.
