Great and so easy to use!
It was so easy to file a claim and they had our reimbursement check to us within a week. I'm so glad we got pet insurance through them! I highly recommend as it helped us tremendously when our dog tore her CCL.

Pet’s Best is truly THE BEST!
Honestly my cat (Pizza) would not be alive today if it weren’t for Pet’s Best Insurance. A friend had suggested them to me a couple years ago and I joined because the plan is only around $20-25 per month (not much more than a Netflix subscription). Pizza didn’t have any preexisting conditions at the time and was only about 3-4 years old. This year during the pandemic he stopped eating so we took him to the vet and they found he has Chronic Kidney Disease (at only 6 years old!). After about 5 days in the ER the bill was over $7,000. I was so scared to try the insurance for the first time and worried they wouldn’t pay but all I had to do was submit photos of the receipt and bill and they paid 90% of it just like the plan specifies! Since his diagnosis he has had to go to the vet almost once a week, which comes out to around $300-$700 each time. There is no way we would be able to afford to continue to care for him if it weren’t for Pet’s Best, especially during the pandemic when both my partner and I lost most of our work as freelancers. Pizza is still so happy and active and has no idea that he is terminally ill. Now we can enjoy all of the moments we have left with him without worrying about the vet bills and he can get the absolute best care without cutting corners. I’m so thankful for this company.

I PURCHASED THIS INSURANCE JUST WEEKS AFTER I ADOPTED MY LAB. SOMETIMES I WONDERED AS I PAID THE PREMIUMS EACH MONTH AND HAD SUCH A HEALTHY DOG--. LITTLE DID I KNOW HOW GRATEFUL I AM AND HAVE BEEN AS SHE IS OLD, HAS CUSHING'S DISEASE, SEVERE OSTEOARTITIS AND NOW COGNITIVE CANINE DYSFUNCTION. SHE IS MY ONLY FAMILY AND I AM NOT SURE I COULD DO RIGHT BY HER WITHOUT YOU. WE ARE GROWING OLD TOGETHER AND I THANK YOU FOR THAT.

Caveat Emptor
I can't recommend Trupanion. Our experience is not good. I have uploaded our paid invoice, vets notes and claim form several times and each time Trupanion claims to only receive a page or two of the PDF. They says a page or more in the middle of the PDF is missing. Seems to a classic delay to pay move to me. It you got the first and the last page of the PDF doesn't make sense you would have gotten all four pages. Caveat Emptor!

Trupanion insurance literally saved our 18 month puppy. Walter was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease at 18 months and had it not been for the excellent medical care he received and our Trupanion insurance who swiftly paid for Walter’s medical care he would not be the healthy, recovering 21 month puppy he is today! I highly recommend Trupanion insurance for your pet’s medical care. Trupanion is the best pet insurance we could have gotten for our rescue pup! We can’t thank Trupanion enough for helping to save Walter’s life!

Never any hassles
We have had two German Shepherds since they were pups, who are in relatively good health, but have had their share of health problems. We're so glad we purchased policies for them right from the start because we have assurance that we will be able to provide the care they need without breaking our bank. Trupanion is easy to submit claims, very quick to process claims, and is available to answer any questions.
