Trupanion fails to live up to their promises!
So after posting about my claims experience here i got an email from Trupanion and they suddenly "found" the documents they said they had not received. The same email told me to sign into their site and set up direct deposit of claims payments. I signed in and input my direct deposit information and their system returns an error that says "ACH set up is unavailable for claims payments" So I chat with Trupanion and was told there is an issue with their website and I would have to call customer service and I should not be concerned because that would only take 5 minutes of my time. Yes 5 minutes after they answer the call. Hold time could add 5 to 45 minutes!!! They sell themselves as a paperless online service but then fail to deliver!

Like I said, not sure what I am paying for. Customer service is obsolete, communication is poor and when I reached out I cannot make contact with a human, appears to be a scam.

Guaranteed quick service even in emergencies
Trupanion has been amazing with you furry friend and his medical needs this last year. he had to have two major surgeries and we are still dealing with the after care of one and they have always come through fast and positively.
