MetLife Pet Insurance is reasonably priced and really helps out with the vet bills for shots, neutering, spaying, or any other surgery that may be needed for your canine or feline friends. Customer service was great! However somehow my phone number was not on my profile so instead of emailing me they just didnt contact me to let me know. My payment back to me is now delayed.

I wouldn't say I had a great experience but a bit disappointed one ,due to the fact that I put in a claim Spot would say they didn't receive the receipt they needed even though I sent them multiple times . Finally a family member helped me by calling them and strongly ask why they wouldn't reimburse me for my claim . Then I was sent reimbursement. I don't like to raise my voice at anyone, but I guess that's how the world workes now.
